I knew I wanted to be an engineer in high school where I developed an interest in math and science. As a geotechnical Project Engineer at Gateway, I am involved with projects that require the evaluation of soil and bedrock. The wide range of projects includes commercial, industrial, institutional, commercial, and residential structures, as well as roads, bridges, parks, retaining walls, embankments, pavements, and landslides. I also provide expertise and present testimony for litigation cases involving geotechnical issues.

After I graduated from college I was hired as a geotechnical engineer by Engineering Mechanics, Inc., which was acquired by Gateway Engineers in 2007. In my free time I enjoy boating, skiing, hunting, fishing, and playing softball.
