Michael J. Haberman
Project Manager
I knew I wanted to be a Traffic Engineer when I attended my first transportation engineering class at Pitt. At Gateway, I am a Project Manager, Market Sector Leader, Shareholder and a Supervisor. I both lead projects and provide traffic solutions for other projects, focusing on municipal and commercial traffic needs, issues and construction.
Prior to joining Gateway, I was the Traffic Engineering Manager at David E. Wooster and Associates in Pittsburgh, PA where I managed all traffic engineering related projects for the firm. I began my career as an Engineer in Training-Highway Design at URS Corporation in Pittsburgh. I prepared highway and roadway design plans and traffic signal designs.
I enjoy many activities that do not involve traffic, such as camping, kayaking, hiking, biking, traveling, playing poker, watching sporting events, and coaching youth sports.
