I am the Recruiting Manager at Gateway and my role is to oversee candidate recruitment, assessment and acquisition. I knew I wanted to be a recruiter when I joined a search firm and found joy in helping others with something as important as beginning their career journey. Prior to joining Gateway in 2012, I began my career with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Manager Trainee before becoming a recruiter at search firms Spherion and Creative Financial Staffing.

When I am not finding Gateway's newest team member, I enjoy spending time with my family, being active outdoors, completing home projects/organizing, and reading.
